This intensive training program is designed to benefit district sales managers, regional zone supervisors, marketing and promotion managers and circulation managers. Taught by veteran circulation directors and managers, this program will help you improve your performance and give you new perspectives on the circulation profession. Topics include time management, single copy sales, legal issues, recruiting and retaining newspaper carriers, customer service, sales retention, ABC changes and much more!
