• Strategic Planning - Use Dr. McNally's expertise in strategic planning for your newspaper.
• Employee Policies - Dr. McNally researches and develops specific policies and procedures for members, and will even develop entire employee policy manuals.
• Employee Opinion Surveys - Dr. McNally will discuss the scope of the survey with your newspaper's management and help you determine how the survey can be conducted most effectively (paper and pencil vs. online survey, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
