- Hiring the Best (3 hours) - Learn how to hire employees, from hiring strategy to new employee orientation and fair employment laws.
- Dealing with Difficult Employee Problems (3 hours) - Managers can learn to recognize problem situations and gain strategies to deal with the problems.
- Managing Employee Performance (3 hours) - A discussion of what really motivates performance and how managers can tap into employees' desire to do a good job.
- Customer Service (3 hours) - This seminar defines customer service and explores the six keys of service. Participants leave this seminar with a good understanding of what their customers want and how they personally can serve the customer.
- Avoiding Sexual Harassment (3 hours) - Employees learn what classifies as sexual harassment; the consequences of sexual harassment for the company and individual employees; and how to avoid sexual harassment. PNA members also receive a sample policy for a harassment-free work environment.
- New Supervisor Training (3 sessions, 3 hours each) - This is intended for those who are taking on their first supervisory assignment. The sessions include learning about your new role job expectations and how to gain respect and get the best from subordinates.
